For sustainability of the mentorship programs for the teenagers, we train the caregivers, front-line children workers, parents, guardians, teachers, and community leaders to offer support to their children as they navigate the life hurdles. We help them;

• Appreciate the changes that happening in the life of the teenagers
• Understand the impact of Social Media in the lives of teenagers
• Identify unbecoming behaviours in lives of teenagers
• Understand how they can break communication barriers between them and the teenagers
• Appreciate the importance of mentorship and how they can mentor the teenagers
• Undarstand our role as trainers and how we can partner with them to support the trained teenagers
