This program aims at equipping the youths to effectively position themselves and tap into the current opportunities in the society. Through this program, young people are discovering  how much they can do to make the world a better place. They feel empowered as leaders to make change in their communities; identify and address the root causes of issues in their communities. Target audience for this program are the form four graduates, College/University students and  graduates

Some of the challenges that we address are:

• Youths concentrating only on academic success and forgetting to pursue other available opportunities and developing other marketable skills.
• Youths not pursuing their purpose; intention to accomplish something that is meaningful to them while also of positive consequences to the world beyond the self.
• Youths not harnessing their skills and talents while still in universities
• Inability to effectively communicate their brand promise both in written and verbal form
• Poor entrepreneurial skills. Some youths have great business ideas but they can’t actualize them
• Lack of mentorship.
• Lack of interest to actively take leadership positions and consequently poor leadership skills
